What to include
- Converter problems: what file type you uploaded, what went wrong, and your browser name. If possible, mention a small sample that shows the problem (with private data removed).
- Guide corrections: the page URL and the step that looks wrong.
- Topic requests: the exact problem you are trying to solve — the more specific, the better the guide.

- Our converters are 100% free with no signup — if a button does not respond, try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) first.
- Files are processed in your browser — we never see or store your data, so we cannot recover a file for you. Keep your originals.
